Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel your registration. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund. All refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Based on days before event date (Feb 11, 2026)
Complete refund minus processing fee (₹20)
50% of registration fee minus processing fee
Registration fee is non-refundable
Follow these steps to request a refund:

You'll receive a confirmation email within 2 business days with refund approval/rejection and timeline

Total Time: Maximum 10-14 business days from approval to your bank account
Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank's processing speed. Contact your bank if refund is delayed beyond 14 business days.
A ₹20 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
Example Calculation:
If you cannot attend due to a medical emergency, we may offer a special refund regardless of timing.
Required: Valid medical certificate from a registered doctor with hospital/clinic stamp, dated before event date
If Tech Kaushalya organizers cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, emergency, etc.):
