Tech Kaushalya 2026 - February 11-12, 2026

Important

By registering for Tech Kaushalya 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for the event.

1. Event Registration & Eligibility

Participants must be currently enrolled students with valid student ID proof

Each participant can register for only ONE event during Tech Kaushalya 2026

Registration is non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold to other individuals

Team compositions are final after registration - no member changes allowed after completion

All information provided must be accurate - false information may result in disqualification

Minimum age requirement: 18 years (or have guardian consent)

2. Payment & Registration Fees

Paid Events

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)

Payment must be completed through our secure UPI payment system

Registration confirmed only after successful payment verification

Payment receipt and QR code sent via email within 5 minutes

Free Events (Round 1)

IOT Expo Round 1 is free - requires Google Drive folder submission for your project files

3. Event Participation Requirements

Must Bring:

Registration QR code (from email)
Valid Government ID proof
College/Student ID card
Original payment receipt (if paid)

Important Rules:

Arrive 30 minutes before event time
Late arrival may result in disqualification
No entry without proper identification
Follow all organizer instructions

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Key points:

Expected Behavior

  • • Professional and respectful conduct
  • • Inclusive and welcoming attitude
  • • Collaborative team spirit
  • • Respect for venue and equipment

Prohibited Behavior

  • • Harassment or discrimination
  • • Cheating or plagiarism
  • • Intoxication or substance abuse
  • • Disruptive or aggressive behavior

Warning: Violation may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Partial Refund

Cancel 8-15 days before (Jan 27 - Feb 3, 2026)

No Refund

Cancel less than 7 days before (after Feb 4, 2026)

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Tech Kaushalya organizers and partners are NOT LIABLE for:

  • ×Personal injury, illness, or accidents during the event
  • ×Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • ×Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or equipment malfunction
  • ×Event schedule changes, cancellations, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances
  • ×Actions or behavior of other participants

Important: Participants attend at their own risk. We recommend having personal insurance coverage.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Your Rights:

You retain full ownership of all original work, code, designs, and projects created during the event.

Our Rights:

By participating, you grant Tech Kaushalya permission to:

  • • Photograph and video record the event
  • • Use your name, image, and project details for promotional purposes
  • • Share event highlights on social media and marketing materials
  • • Feature winning projects in case studies or portfolios

Note: You must not infringe on any third-party IP rights. Using copyrighted materials without permission may result in disqualification.

8. Judging & Decision Making

All decisions made by judges and organizers are FINAL and BINDING

  • • No appeals or disputes will be entertained after results are announced
  • • Judging criteria will be shared before each event
  • • Judges' scores and feedback are confidential
  • • Organizers reserve the right to disqualify for rule violations

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

We Collect:

  • • Name, email, phone number
  • • College/university details
  • • Payment transaction data
  • • Event attendance records

We Don't:

  • • Sell your data to third parties
  • • Share without your consent
  • • Store sensitive payment details
  • • Spam or misuse your email
